"I checked out the room and then in the airport I got the news that my flight was delayed for 5 hours. I came back in the hotel and they allowed me to stay in my room. Thanks for understanding. The hotel doesn't offer food though they recommended the good restaurant nearby. They have a driver to arrange a transfer when necessary. So nice when we were in a rush to the airport!I"

I would recommend to renew towels. They were clean but old.

"Great location in a quiet street very close to the airport. Airport pick up and drop off very easy. Comfortable spacious room with excellent shower. Spotlessly clean and good aircon. Very nice outdoor swimming pool and whole place in a gated secure compound. Basic continental breakfast that you help yourself to in the communal kitchen. Owners are lovely and very helpful. Recommended!"

The acoustics. I had to come out several times to ask for music or speaking volume to be reduced as it would echo throughout the building to my room when I was trying to sleep.

"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

Staff is welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is served on the terrace – fresh fruit, coffee and cakes baked in-house. My rooms was comfortable and impeccably clean. Wi-fi connection is very reliable, which is great for me as I need it for work."

"The evening meal provided at a very reasonable cost was one of the best I've had in a b&b. All organic salad and vegetables and that was also true of the wonderful breakfasts that are included in the room price. The location was spectacular, amazing views over the valleys below."

There really wasn't anything to dislike as far as I was concerned.

My only complaint is about the bed… it was hanging in the middle and was really noise. Needs a new bed.

Une erreur des clé du portail principal alors fallait à chaque entrée devoir frapper pendant de longues minutes le gardien de nuit sachant cela m'a laissé sortir je lui ai dit je revenais tard a mon arrivée je suis resté 45 minutes dehors à frappé grâce au groupe d'échange avec le client j'ai écris la gérante très déranger du soucis ma rassuré qu'elle fait tout son possible pour joindre le gardien celui ci arrivée 30 minutes plutard même pas s'excuser Et aussi avoir plus de chaîne à la télé j'ai été obligé de regarder France 24 durant tout mon séjour

"Good location near the main street with bus stop and supermarkets and restaurants. Room is clean and bathroom is newly renovated. Although the room is next to a main street there was no traffic noise. Great with parking included and breakfast included. Good with some cookies and dried wasa bread and coffee is available all day."

The wardrobe in the room was broken, the door cannot be opened. A towel for the floor in the bathroom was missing. The breakfast is a simple business breakfast and not a holiday breakfast buffet. Stairs to come to your room. So if you have luggage it is a bit trouble.

"Tine and Frank were great hosts. Even though our travel plans were disrupted by airline problems they were able to accommodate us without extra cost. Breakfast on the balcony was unforgettable. A real tropical experience even though the airport was within easy reach. Frank's menagerie was a real highlight."

The parking wasn't exactly free.

"Quiet peaceful cottage in the heart of the city - well connected by metro and bus routes and easily reachable by cab or auto. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I was traveling solo on a leisure visit and I felt very comfortable and safe throughout. They have a good breakfast spread. The property is very green and cosy."

"I had a really lovely stay at Tribute Guest House in Lesotho. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out. The lady at reception was incredibly kind and helpful. On my way to the guest house, my car got stuck in the mud, and she went out of her way to call a driver to check on me and assist. She really didn’t have to do that, but she did, and I truly appreciated it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. It was a bit cold at times, but that can be forgiven given the area and weather. The location was good and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. The amenities were great, the food was fresh and very enjoyable, and the WiFi worked well the whole time with no connection issues. What I liked most was the genuine care and kindness from the staff, along with how comfortable the stay was overall. There wasn’t much I didn’t like, except for the slight cold in the room. I would definitely book again, especially with my family next time."

I got a room in rhe endcof the corridor very few guests so the hot water didn't come before I stopped showering. But no big deal.

"Essa foi a melhor estadia q ja fiquei em São Paulo, a marli é um amor, seu esposo tbm é super receptivo, o quarto é bem confortável e muito limpo, o banheiro tbm é muito limpo, a casa é aconchegante e familiar, sem falar na localização q é ótima, próximo ao mercado e ao metrô. Fiquei a vontade e me sentindo em casa mesmo,a marli tbm prepara um café da manhã com muito carinho ,eu e meu esposo com certeza voltaremos em outras oportunidades."

"We loved the sitting area just outside the room. The poolarea/garden was very beutiful and relaxing! Most staff was great. Good value. Would stay again!"

We didn't get a room by the pool as we had booked. Very slow service at breakfast. Old dusty furniture/kitchen equipment etc in public areas should be taken away for a better experience. The poolbar had very limited assortment.

"Beliggenhed var fin - tæt på en badesø. Imødekommende og hyggelig atmosfære. Rent og pænt."

Man skulle dele toilet og bad - men det var pænt og rent og det var tilgængeligt.

"Skøn have i indgangs parti. Skøn værtinde med tips til rejse. Badekar - intet problem at dele badeværelset. Hyggeligt selskab omkring det pænt dækkede morgenbord i behagelige hjemlige omgivelser. De 2 største byer er nemt tilgængelige med busstop i nærheden. Sti som genvej. Varieret morgenmad hvor jeg spiste glutenfrit uden problem. Dejligt sofahjørne med TV. Vandhane i værelset så jeg kunne børste tænder der. Udsigt til have."

Det var lidt svært at finde i mørket men fik god hjælp på telefonen.

Parking is very tight. The water drainage (room 11) in the shower flows the wrong way so it can be tricky to avoid flooding the place. Since there is no water mixer, it takes time to get the water temperature correct. Turning the water off and back on because of poor drainage is not ideal for a 4 night stay in luxury accommodation.
