"Breakfast was excellent with home made breads and jams plus of course good coffee"

"The only slight downside is that the rooms are at the very top of the house meaning 4 flights of stairs. Not an issue for us but something to bear in mind if climbing stairs is an issue."

"Beautiful property, very comfortable and clean. Friendly, kind and helpful host. Delicious breakfast provided each morning and lovely heated pool. Grounds are incredible with gated secure access. Very accommodating for our toddler as well and the owner even gave her a calendar to paint when we got home."

"It was a fantastic experience. The room was comfortable and quiet. The house is tastefully decorated. Carine is a very good host, she gives real attention. Breakfast is plentiful, delicious with homemade bread. The location is convenient for exploring the area."

"Great stay! Very nice owner, it's just a pity we were not able to communicate better (only French and Dutch). Delicious, abundant breakfast. "Located just a 5 minute walk to the centre of Ypres so ideal if you are visiting In Flanders’s Fields Museum, the Menin Gate, St George’s church and shops, bars & restaurants. Also ideal base for visiting the WW1 battlefields, museums, CWGC cemeteries around the Ypres Salient. The house was well equipped and had all the amenities you would have at home really lovely property."
