"Quiet location but still close to town centre - 5 min drive / €15 taxi ride. Well stocked bar and good selection of value for money meals. Beds were very comfortable and air-conditioning would have been very welcome if the weather had been warmer. Staff very helpful. Lift to 2nd floor worked quickly. A good selection of places to visit leaflets on hand."

"The room was a good size but lacked places to store items e.g. shelves. In room tea and coffee facilities would have been useful. Maybe swap beans for small sausages in the hot section of the breakfast buffet."

"Plenty of parking spaces, comfortable room and excellent breakfast. The staff in the breakfast area and the bar area were also very good. Heated swimming pool was a good temperature and pool area was very clean"

"The reception person was very sharp when we arrived. We were a few hours early but they insisted that we could not check in until 3pm. This was not the case as other guests were checking in before 3pm while we were waiting. The pool area was clearly signed no food, no glass or crockery and no smoking but there were guests doing all of these and we did not see any staff stopping this over the 2 days we were there. There were in fact 1 couple who were not even staying in the hotel who were there for over 5 hours eating and drinking food they had bought with them!"

We went for 2 nights with my children and we all lives the place!!! the pool is amazing! perfect temperature absolutely clean and well mantained! the breakfast was great and open until 10 right next to the pool! The parking is huge and very practical and has a place to charge electric car. The reception staff is absolutely great! they we’re so nice with kids and providing towels for the pool as well. The rooms are also with enough space! we had a family room and it was perfect! with view to the pool. Tehre was also a huge park with a football out h which my children lives and played along with some friends who were also at the hotel. It was a PERFECT stay! The small city of De Haan is 7 min away by car and it’s a beautiful place! nice to walk along with shops and restaurants and very large beach. Absolutely recommend this hotel! We will love to come again!"

"This is an incredible hotel for a young family. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were fantastic. We loved the heated outdoor pool and the football pitch, there was even a football left to encourage you to play. The table football at the front was also a hit with our children and others. The hotel is set with the most beautiful backdrop surrounded by trees. Breakfast was fantastic, the rooms and hotel were all modern and clean. We loved the homely feel. It is a short walk to the nearby beach (15mins with kids) and easy tram and train ride to Bruges. The meal selection for dinner etc is limited but the quality and portions were fantastic. We loved our stay and would certainly return."

"The parking is fairly pricey as you have to pay for two days if you stay overnight however this is all stated up front and you could choose to park elsewhere."

Breakfast items were also great, very good quality and cooked well, constantly refreshed, very impressed 👍 We had a family room which was super spacious"
