Hotel The Neufchatel

"Udmærket værelse, god morgenmad og imødekommende og venligt personale. God beliggenhed i hyggeligt kvarter."

"Meget stejl trappe med smalle trin."

"Personalet var utrolig venlige og servicemindede. Beliggenheden er god, centralt beliggende men en meget rolig gade. Vi fik værelse 43, som ligger øverst i huset med smuk udsigt mod syd. God størrelse badeværelse."

"Der manglede lidt belysning på værelset, der er lagt vægt på stemning."

"It was clean, comfortable, and had super friendly staff."

"The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, in a calm street but still close to shops and restaurants. Each room is decorated differently according to a Belgian personality. Staff was very accommodating, they gave me another room since there was a leak from the ceiling after heavy rainfall, and they even offered me breakfast for the two remaining nights as a compensation. That was very much appreciated."

"The room was a bit dark, although there were several lamps."

"Massive bed, clean room, nice shower, very helpful reception staff at checkin, the decoration where each room had a different theme, easy night time access"

"Stayed several times, nice rooms, people that know Bxl know that this one the areas in town that you actually want to stay, not the city centre. Staff was super friendly."

"I’ve stayed here on a number of occasions. I’ve always liked it. It’s a very nice, well run, small hotel, within easy reach of public transport and access to the city centre."

"Nothing really."

"The customer care in this facility was exceptional"

"I liked the ease of access , the location was accurate, the room was very clean and exactly what was on the booking.com"

"Clean, spacious, well equipped room. Very comfortable bed! Excellent water pressure in the shower. Lovely breakfast served until 11.00am on weekends and friendly stuff."

"It would be convenient to have a mini fridge in the room. The hotel is a bit too far from central attractions, but still walkable in 35 ish minutes."

"Well located, good value for money. Extremely kind and helpful staff."
