"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, very close to a tram stop (although if walking up from Brussels North the hill is a bit steep."

"A bit more bleach in the toilet would have been nice. The lift wasn't working, but I was only one floor up. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable"

"Flot royalt hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed og historie. Aldrig oplevet et så enestående hotel hvor man føler selv man er royal. Lige fra servicen og bestikket til morgenmaden og værelserne til lobbyen og dekorationerne skulle man tro man bor et royalt sted. Uovertruffen service fra personalet har vi sjældent mødt før. Et hotel vi kommer tilbage til."
