"The staff were amicable and professional. They were committed to providing personalized services to us. The location is quiet but slightly offbeat for commotion. Mr. Arif provided timely updates and genuinely put an effort in ensuring maximum comfort. Similarly the security guard posted on October 30's afternoon & subsequent night (whose name I forgot unfortunately) have been a joy to converse with. I can have nothing but praise for the employees."
"The location & the markings could be a lot better. Again, commotion was a major issue with cars. However, it is the concern of the overarching company. Amenities such as toiletries (shower-curtains. or shower-supplies) and utensils-plus-cutlery provided could & should have been better. Also as a recommendation, having KEY Cards and an Microwave-Oven would have made it way more pleasant. Having to call the reception so many times is not the most efficient way."
"decent hotel for western tourist. halfway between airport and city center. quick uber motorbike it's no problem. Good safe food and found a bar near it. Mr lipton the owner is a wonderful person and his staff help you with any issue. hotel also will provide a letter of invitation which is needed to enter bangladesh."
