"One of the best stays we’ve ever had ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the very beginning, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and always willing to help. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even more special. Everyone was consistently welcoming, in great spirits and genuinely focused on making our stay perfect. The hotel is spotlessly clean, very well located, and incredibly comfortable throughout. The swimming pool is amazing, ideal for spending a relaxing afternoon (as we did), and the restaurants are excellent, offering great quality and variety. We also requested a late checkout and had absolutely no issues. Highly recommended. A true five-star experience in every sense. A special thank you to Tuli Roy, the guest relation officer, who was absolutely brilliant with us and truly made our stay unforgettable - and for the Concierge, always there to help us too!"

"My stay at Six Seasons Hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, smiling, and genuinely caring, which made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. A special thank you to Tuli at reception, who was wonderful and addressed all my needs with speed and proficiency, as well as the housekeeping team — they always greeted me warmly and even gave me extra chocolates whenever we met in the corridor, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. The restaurant was fantastic, the spa was very relaxing, and the location is excellent. What truly made this hotel stand out, however, was the friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness of the staff. Their warmth and attention to detail genuinely made my stay the highlight of my trip to Bangladesh. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dhaka."
