"Excellent gym facilities, all equipment brand new and kept hygienic and clean. Friendly barber and spa facilities are also worth trying out! Rooms are spacious, and the housekeeping staff, especially " Minhaz", went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the room and the way he cleaned it. Restaurant buffet are of utmost value, and the quality and taste of the food is excellent ."

"Few mid level staffs are not well trained according to the International standard for example, I had instantly complaint today the HR department regarding the behaviour of the barber. I am very much disappointed of the behaviour of the staffs regarding to Saturday International guest who are a native Bengali. that's why I give review 50%"
