"I could not say a negative thing about any member of staff. They were all very hospitable and helpful. I had a 15 hour layover and the hotel was very close to the airport. I paid $9 (one way) for the hotel taxi to drop me to the airport."

The Duty Manager at reception Nipu is a great, funny, professional guy who goes out of his way to ensure you have everything you need. From a customer point of view, their recognition of repeat business through room upgrades where possible or free airport transfers means a lot. Definitely recommend."

"Great experience right from the start being met at the airport by friendly and professional member of staff. Safe and secure transport only took about ten minutes to get to the hotel - which is great after a long flight. Staff on duty at reception when I arrived were excellent and got me through the admin and into my room in quick time. Very comfortable and clean room. The team at reception the next morning, Ema, Zihan and Uzzol, were great and facilitated transport to the airport for my transit flight. Very friendly and professional and accommodated any request I had with a smile. I even got a chocolate from Ema! If you are looking for a place to stay during a short stopover between transit flights, or somewhere longer as a base for Dhaka, I totally recommend it."
