"What a wonderful hotel. The hotel was very clean and the room was very spacious. The hotel is in the heart of the old town and in walking distance to the small shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged the airport transfers for me which took away that extra stress of getting to the airport."

If you need a taxi, ask at reception, they’ll get you a much better price so you don’t overpay, they’re also happy to help and recommend the best places to visit in Sarajevo. The views from the window to the mosque in the morning were just perfect."

"The property was located right in the middle of Sarajevo. Everything was 3-5 mins walking distance. The staff were so so so amazing that if it was not for them I don’t think I would have enjoyed my stay. They truly were warm and welcoming and gave me great tips as a first time traveler to Sarajevo."

The breakfast is keeping the same every morning. The check out was early at 11 am and didn't agree to offer longer time. (Which make it not suitable for those whom their flight at night)."

It was difficult to find it along the main street due to the lack of a signboard, as it is located in the historic city center of Sarajevo."

Secure parking is 3 minutes by walking, as well As all museums, restaurant, bars! They have garden just on the main walking street where we took coffee after breakfast (we choose more expensiwe room with breakfast!). It is the best place for stay in Sarajevo, direct on Bascarsia old square."

"In the busy street you cannot offload your car, lack of convenient parking although the hotel has an agreement with nearby parking for a cheaper charge. The same problem exsists with all other hotels in the area"
