"I have booked an room with two single beds specified and they didn’t provide us with the appropriate beds which we later were informed of a extra charge because they couldn’t accommodate our needs. Other than that when we were directed to our room there was a mini fridge and it was unplugged and all the floors where soaked in water."

"My impressions were higher than I expected. The location of the hotel was 10-15 minutes away from the city center. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The personnel was pleasant and quite friendly. Breakfast had almost everything. I was very happy to find such a place in Baku at this price. In short, everything was great. I will definitely come here again on my next visit."
