"Very grateful to be able to book after our previously booked accommodation cancelled at short notice. Unbeatable location, just a few doors down from Broulee beach and easy walking distance even for a toddler desperate to swim in the nearby river mouth. The property is perfect for children and dogs. We loved the basket of toys and books, it was a really nice touch. Our toddler also loved the mini bath at the bottom of the shower and has never been so clean. The expansive yard is ideal for small to medium-sized dogs and our working breed dogs were securely contained and didn't once try to escape. During high summer there are lots of food and bar options within walking or short driving distance including nearby food trucks, cafes, breweries and supermarkets. I recommend spending time enjoying the sea breeze and sound of crashing waves by sitting in the shade at the table downstairs. Steph was very helpful and responsive and the neighbours next door were very friendly."

"Great location, could walk or tram to anywhere in Melbourne. Loved the view from such a high floor, apartment had all the essentials: a comfy bed, cooking basics: ice and milk (I really appreciated these), coffee and tea, salt and pepper, olive oil. Also a good shower and spacious bathroom and comfy sofa and tables. Loved it."
