"Seevilla Freiberg is a nice hotel with a lovely view over lake Zell. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The superior room was excellent, large and clean. The breakfast and diner are really good and with a large variety. The hotel internet page where you can book shuttle bus to/from the skilift, order diner etc is very helpful. I would recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is situated next to the railway so you can hear the trains passing also at night, due to good isolated windows etc the noise is not that hard. We kept ski’s and shoes in our room since the ski equipment area is too far away."

"We had a superior room and it was nice and spacious and had a balcony with a lovely view over the lake. The room has a fridge and a coffee machine which was a nice touch. The bed was large and pretty comfortable, although I don’t find the typical Austrian square pillows very comfortable. The room and hotel in general was very clean and well maintained. The spa surpassed expectations with two saunas, steam room, cold plunge and relaxation areas, there’s also a small gym available. It’s a great location on the lake with stunning views in the morning, imagine it would be great in the summer also. Free shuttles to the ski lift in the morning or a 10-15 minute stroll which I did a few mornings. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of bakery goods, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, meats, cheeses, hot options - egg, bacon, beans etc. All in all a lovely hotel and would recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The five-course dinner each evening was delicious, and the Christmas dinner was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly with special thanks to Philip, the manager, who went out of his way to make every feel welcome and at home. Our room had a stunning view over the lake, and watching the changing weather each morning was a real highlight. The spa facilities were excellent and perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The location is ideal — everything is within a 10-minute walk, including the town centre and the ski lifts, although a free hotel shuttle is also available. A fantastic experience from start to finish."

"The room décor was quite basic with dated furniture, and the bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. We could occasionally hear trains from the line running behind the hotel, and the toiletries provided were fairly basic."
