"Boede faktisk på hotel Madlein og ikke på Petit Madlein. Rigtig godt ophold som altid. Det perfekte hotel både til skiløb & fest samt til familier. High-end oplevelse blandet med stemningen af et rigtig familiehotel. Super service fra Janina i receptionen og alt andet personale på hotellet. Dygtig Dj i baren om aftenen!"

"location wise, it was nice and the staff was friendly. I can't add more in terms if it was good."

"Beds were terribly uncomfortable as the mattress was really hard, pillows were flat and I had to fold it to get some height to support my neck or laid down clothes to sleep on top of. When we asked housekeeping, they said it was all they had. There was no wifi in the building and we would have to go to the main hotel for access. The rooms and furniture was terribly dated. Further, there is no sound insulation in the rooms so you can hear every door slam throughout the night and loud talking as people come back from a night out."

"Apartment was dated and the living space was not cosy / comfortable for 2 people. There was a table / chairs for 6 (took up too much room). The sofa faced the entrance door SPA was really noisy at times - eating and smoking in the jacuzzi"

"Location was amazing. There was a tunnel connecting to lifts. Also being able to use the spa at hotel madelaine was great. Staff was friendly."

"Although nothing has happened, the ski room did not feel secure. Anyone could literally walk into the ski room from the garage and grab anything they wanted."

"The hotel name has not been updated on Google maps and navigation leads to the wrong street. Combine this with old branding on the hotel wall and your're destined to get lost in the dark upon arrival."
