"Beliggenheden er top. Tæt på sporvogne, busser og Hovedbanegården. Lejligheden havde en lille altan, som vi benyttede flittigt, idet vejret var fint. Der var fred og ro. Personalet var ualmindelig imødekommende og servicemindede. Vi havde ingen problemer med, at der kun er åbent mellem klokken 9.00 og 15.30. God sikkerhed. Man kunne kun komme ind i foyeren, hvis man havde et nøglekort."

"The location is very convenient to go into the city centre. Only few minutes walk to a tram station. The apartment has all facilities you look for if you are going for a short stay. Staff is friendly and very good at giving recommendations where to visit for attractions and food."

"We loved the layout of the apartment and the amenities. The bathrooms were magnificent and the kitchen was well equipped, while the bedroom was super comfortable. Grocery stores were very close as well. It was also pretty well placed to explore the city - you had Belvedere Palace and Market Place 500m away, and Karlsplatz station just 1km up the road, which could take you to any other attraction you'd want. We walked most of the area to discover and explore. There were also lots of restaurants in the area, though we didnt utilise them as the markets and grocery stores kept us going. We also really appreciated the well equipped laundry facilities and the easy access to and from the apartment."

"The apartment was a bit cold for our liking and no amount of tinkering with the thermostat had much of an impact. This was a minor complaint however as the bedding was more than adequate and everything else worked to our liking. Had we stayed longer we would have requested someone to look at the temperature issue, but it wasn't a big enough problem over the 3 days we were there."

"The staff was very welcoming and the location is quiet, close to the main public transports and literally 2 minutes walking distance from the Belvedere museum and park. The apartment was clean, modern and very cozy."

"The hotel provides kitchen tools and cookwares: utensils, plates, bowls, dishwasher machine with detergent capsules, dishwashing liquid and a sponge, microwave, knives and cutting boards, coffee machine, kettle and a fridge in room. In bathroom, vanity set (cotton pad and buds), shampoo+soap are provided. The room is comfortable with bedroom, living area, and a balcony. The location is 5-minute walk from the oberes Schloss Belvedere and the hotel can be accessed by tram about a few stations from Vienna Central Station. Friendly and helpful staff."
