"Вежливый доброжелательный персонал. Очень отзывчивые люди, пошли на встречу когда у нас изменились обстоятельства. Перед заселением позволили выбрать номер. Хороший матрас, подушки и постельное белье, хорошие полотенца. Есть одноразовые принадлежности. Горис прекрасный город, еще обязательно вернемся."

"Выбранный нами двухместный номер с балконом выходил на дорогу, как раз на подъем. Очень шумно, даже с закрытыми окнами невозможно было спать. Только это омрачило отдых. Надо выбирать номер с окнами во внутренний двор."

"Чистый уютный номер. Очень удобная кровать с теплыми одеялами. В номере есть батареи. Вначале нам было прохладно, нам дали дополнительный обогреватель. Хозяин очень приветливый, помог со всеми нашими просьбами. Окна нашего номера выходили во двор, было тихо. Внизу есть общая кухня с газовой горелкой и посудой, можно приготовить себе еду."

"We had a really great experience! We booked a double room with a shared bathroom, but they gave us a bigger room with a private bathroom. We also stayed an extra day due to the bad weather, and since we’re traveling by bike, the place is bike-friendly. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, and the cleanliness and management of the space are excellent. Highly recommended!"

"We arrived in October, and the weather was cool. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool in the courtyard, well maintained and pleasant, but due to the season it was not in use. At first, we were offered a room on the first floor, but it didn’t suit us. Without any issues, we were immediately offered another option — a room on the third floor. The room turned out to be a very good choice: spacious, clean, comfortable, with a well-thought-out layout and a pleasant atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The staff made a very good impression — polite, attentive, and welcoming. Breakfast the next morning was tasty and quite decent. Overall, our stay left warm and positive impressions."

"Overall, the hotel was quite good. The location is convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the central square and close to the Vernissage market, yet it is on a quieter side street surrounded by shops and cafés. The hotel itself is fairly large and has a solid, somewhat grand style. The rooms are comfortable and standard, with the practical amenities business travelers need, such as an ironing board and iron. I didn’t have time to use the pool, but it’s nice that these facilities are available."

"I arrived very late in the night, around 2:00 am, but yet Hayk, the caretaker, was there to meet me with a smile and usher me in. The check-in was smooth in an old communist-style building with modern interiors. The apartment is big enough to hold a party of four, I feel; it has a very cozy bed, a spacious living room, and a kitchen. There was no balcony, but the view from the bedroom was very pretty. The apartments are provided by the Hyur travel agency in Yerevan, which is a very prominent one. Because my group tour was cancelled by another agency, these guys helped me book a private transfer to Dilijan on the day of my check-out. I would like to thank Laura at the office for sorting out things for me at the last minute."
