"Great views of the town, river and mountains from large room with balcony on upper floor. Hotel is very central and Ijevan is much underrated in my opinion. Everything was clean and worked well. Good value. Helpful owner."

"Pleasant hotel in the city center at minibus stops. Although the hotel is next to the main road, the noise is not disturbing at night. Only the calming sound of the river can be heard. Spacious, clean room, classically but functionally furnished. Clean bathroom equipped with basic hygiene needs. A pleasant and helpful owner, who advises, prepares a good breakfast after agreement and helps with the reservation of a taxi. We can definitely recommend this hotel to explore Ijevan and the surrounding area."

"Отель находится в самом сердце города! Здесь главная прогулочная зона, магазинчики, кафешки, рынок, а также под окнами протекает горная река, которая разделяет город на две части. Номер просто отличный, просторный, уютный, есть все необходимое. Санузел чистый, удобный. Есть балкон, вид замечательный на реку, на парк и горы. Из окон постоянно слышится шум горной реки, он поглощает шум города, создаётся эффект, как будто за окном сильный дождь. Нам это очень понравилось, мы очень хорошо выспались под это звуковое сопровождение, так же этому способствовала кровать, большая, с хорошим матрасом и подушками. В общем, все прекрасно, рекомендую!"

"Recently we have been staying in this house for 6 days and we are very much satisfied with its hygiene, location, fresh air, naturally purified water and main thing was owners of the house, they are so nice people that gave us to feel as if we were with our own family 🤗 I liked their garden where different kind flowers and fruit trees are growing. And also friendly cat was giving warm atmosphere 😊"
