"super convenient. clean. has aircon AND heater that works. (as budget room has no window it can be stuffy needing ventilation in day then cold at night). enough hooks, hangers and a place to put toiletries in the shower."

"The place was near Vardanants Square, so we could walk to the city center in 2 minutes. It was a small room with all the amenities we needed (private bathroom with towels and toiletries etc.). The air conditioner worked well and the beds were comfortable and soft. On the first floor there was a kitchen with tables and some board games so we could sit there, eat snacks and play backgammon."

"This hotel has an amazing location, right by the main square. You can park on the street outside the hotel. Our room was small but comfortable. It had a fridge and excellent air con. In the basement is a kitchen with free tea/coffee any time of day and also gas hob and saucepans etc so you can cook your own meals. This is a real bonus! The manager is friendly and always available if you need any help."

"Уютный домашний отель в самом центре Гюмри. Мы только прилетели, нам пришло сообщение, что номер уже готов - часа за три до формального срок заселения. Это было очень приятно. При этом номер предложили выбрать самим! Мы выбрали с окном во двор - потише) Места немного, но уютно и чисто, ни пылинки. Кровати удобные. Белье качественное. Порадовал завтрак. Мы выезжали рано, его приготовили в 8 утра: яичница, овощи, сыр, сын еще сосиски ел... сварили кофе. Гостеприимно и заботливо."

"Замечательные апартаменты (этаж в отеле) с завтраками. Завтрак шведский стол накрывали специально для нашей семьи в удобное для нас время. Расположение очень удачное."

"Все отлично, заезжали в большой семейный номер на 4-ом этаже Все супер чисто, персонал приветливый, помогли нам найти водителя, который свозил нас на водопады, после выселения разрешили оставить вещи у них, чтобы мы не таскались с ними пол дня до отъезда) Расположение прямо в центре, удобнее некуда Единственное, что хочется отметить - семейный номер располагается на послелнем, четвертом этаже, лифта нет. Нам было ок, но если поедите с кем нибудь стареньким или с кем-то, у кого проблемы с ногами/спиной - нужно иметь это в виду"
