"We were very satisfied with the room. It was clean, spacious, and even better than in the photos. There was also wifi available, even though this was not mentioned on booking.com. The room has a refrigerator. We could use the kitchen and the washing machine."
"Unfortunately, the check-in was unorganized as nobody was there to welcome us, and we had to find out practical details like the wifi and kitchen location from other guests. The kitchen floor has no railing, which is unsafe for children. One window didn’t close, no breakfast option was offered, and the location on booking.com is incorrect — if you search ‘Heritage of Alluria’ on Google Maps you will find the right place. We never saw the host during our 3-day stay and only had contact via WhatsApp. Upon arrival, an older woman who didn’t speak English tried to help us. Later, when this woman and three men came to our door, the host did not know why they were there and even asked me to go out on the balcony to listen, instead of asking the woman directly. This made us feel uncomfortable."

"Communication with host had a bit of delay so getting started was a bit complicated. But theres an old lady romming around that will be happy to help you. (After 30 min of wait she found us and showed us our room and the kitchen). Theres a little dog downstair that is so cute but can be a tiny annoying when cooking"
