"Очень хорошая локация. Железнодорожный вокзал в 5-ти минутах ходьбы. По утрам там фермерский рынок с дешевыми овощами и фруктами. Совсем рядом супермаркет, аптека и маленькие магазинчики. Рядом автобусная остановка. У квартиры чудесный маленький садик с фруктовыми деревьями, столиком и качелями, где можно посидеть в тени. Очень дружелюбная приятная хозяйка. У нас был ранний прилет, но нам разрешили заехать рано. Спасибо. Очень рекомендую."

"Josefin apartment is the perfect place for a family trip, it had everything we needed, all amenities as stated and it was very clean. Location was the best, everywhere is walkable even with small children. Its spacious and in a very safe building block with key card entry only. Hosts were very helpful and always answered immediately if we needed anything, also arranged us airport transfers for a small fee. Balcony offers a wonderful peaceful escape with a great view of mother Armenia and the ferris wheel at night. Thank you for an amazing stay, hope to see you again😊😊"

"A wonderful place to stay for a few days. The staff is exceptional—truly welcoming, polite, and hospitable people. The room has everything you need: fast and reliable Wi-Fi, clean linens, air conditioning, and plenty of well-maintained power outlets. There is a quiet, cozy inner courtyard with tables, as well as a dining area with a kitchen and a microwave. The location is excellent: a grocery store is just around the corner, the city center is within walking distance, and the metro is only a 10-minute walk away."
