"Our room was clean and very spacious. The shower was good with hot water and good pressure. There isn't a separate shower pan, but the shower is well sloped so the water doesn't cover the entire bathroom floor. We had the room that is in a separate building and it was very quiet at night. It also comes with a fan which was very good for sleeping. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hosts speaks English which is very helpful."

"The bed was extremely comfortable, and the position useful to reach the centre with a short walk. The lady host is very sweet, she made me tea from the herbs of her garden as I was not feeling good. Great experience!"

"I liked the room a lot. It was very clean and private. The design of the room was authentical and luxorious, which I enjoyed a lot. The room was at a walkable distance from the center. There was a great restaurant really close."

"The owner was very nice and friendly, after arrival we got coffee and cake, which was very nice. Breakfast was also very good and rich. There was nice small garden with flowers, we could park our car in the courtyard. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was also nice and clean. There was refrigerator available in the room, which was nice."
"The windows from the room was just into the street and people walking around were walking just beside our windows. The place was not so quiet as we expected. The aircondition was not working, there was available only fan."
"Emma is a lovely host, welcomed me with delicious Armenian coffee and dates. Lovely roses in the garden. The room is really great value for money and I had the bathroom to myself. I loved the retro decor, everything was clean and immaculate. Close to the bus station and shops - Diijan is very spread out. Would love to stay again, thanks Emma!"
