"Great value, clean and big rooms with high ceiling, peaceful location and beautiful view from balcony to relax and have coffee / meals. Host was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. And the pool was great during the hot summer days. Highly recommend - felt like home"

"Very clean and organised place, extremely friendly owners. At night there are no noises, very comfortable beds. For an extra price we had very delicious breakfasts. There is a pool at the premises and it was such a plus for hot summer days. There was also a supply of drinkable water. Highly recommend to stay there!!!"

"The room is very big, even better than it is on the photo. The house itself initially was built for the family needs and was build with love, big rooms, big corridor, big everything, and it was built to stay against earthquakes. Ruzanna provided me with rich breakfasts for only 5 euro. Both Michael and Ruzanna were very friendly and made me feel like staying at home. Do I recommend this guesthouse? - I definitely do."

"We needed a hotel in Davitshen. But this is more than a hotel, it’s like you’ve come to visit your loved ones. Very warm welcome, everything is new, clean and fresh. Spacious room, clean area, excellent staff and service. And a great price. The city center is about 15 minutes without traffic jams by car. There is an excellent view of Ararat on the road. Next time we will definitely stay in this hotel and recommend it to our friends. Especially we like perfect homemade armenian breakfast here, it is really authentic and it is amazing! very tasty, everything is fresh and homemade. And most importantly, inexpensive and with soul!"

"Очень приятные владельцы гостевого дома! Все было отлично, чувствовалась семейная, домашняя атмосфера. "We loved our stay here! We even extended. It's quiet and easily reached by bus. Supermarkets and bakery are close by. Washing was for free! Since we travelled off season, we were upgraded to a better room for the same price. The kitchen is well equipped. It is warm. Staff was lovely."

"Our stay in Gala guesthouse was one of the fondest memories in our journey in Caucasus area! Despite the language barriers, we felt at home right from the start, thanks to the excellent hospitality of the host, and of course Google Translate. She made wonderful breakfast and dinner with local produce from the garden and neighbourhood. Her husband gave us insider tips on local travel and trekking trails. The room was comfortable and clean. There's a small kitchen where you can cook simple meals. The viewpoints of Debed Canyon are within walking distance. I recommend Gala guesthouse wholeheartedly, especially for nature lovers!"
