The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast and dinners were amazing and it was lovely to dine while looking out over the valley and swimming pool."

The swimming pool is maintained professionally: the water is always very clean. The view is fantastic! The location is in 25-30 min walk from Haghpat Monastery."

"Like many other reviewers, you'll be instantly wowed by the hotel's stunning views. This alone is a compelling reason to stay here. The hotel is brand new, and everything feels clean and fresh. Everyone was very helpful. The room was very pleasant with a comfortable bed and pleasantly decorated. The staff from the restaurant was super lovely and welcoming. The food was fresh and homemade and plentiful. Having the option to have dinner and breakfast in the room, on the sunny balcony while enjoying the green mountain view is definitely a very special experience. Despite a few minor hiccups during our stay, we would for sure recommend this hotel to anyone. We'd love to come back and experience it again someday!"

"Strange encounter: At every single hotel I have ever stayed, guests typically settle their bill for the room and any additional charges like drinks or dinner at the end of their stay, at check-out time. Strangely, the front desk staff approached us after dinner, while we were showering, and requested that we come down immediately to settle the bill because the staff member was leaving for the day. This was incredibly inconvenient and frankly rude, as I literally had to leave the shower and open the door in a towel and wet hair because the receptionist would not stop knocking. My husband, thankfully, went down to reception to settle the bill while I finished showering. Transportation Mishap: Additionally, the receptionist made a mistake by sending a car to pick us up 30 minutes too early. Unfortunately, we were at a monastery at the time and had to rush to meet the driver instead of peacefully enjoying the beautiful sights of Haghpat. I'm confident that these issues can be addressed through proper training from management. Since this was a one-night stay, these few experiences soured our overall impression of the hotel. In general, the front desk receptionist seemed to lack proper training in terms of guest interaction. Note on safety hazard: One final point - the beautiful marble floor in the bathroom, while stunning to look at, is extremely slippery. I almost fell several times in the shower. Non-slip mats would be a simple solution to improve safety for all guests, especially the elderly, disabled, and children. The shower also was leaking a lot of water all over the bathroom floor."

"Мы приехали достаточно поздно, но нас сердечно встретил хозяин отеля. Бонусом повысил категорию номера, у нас был потрясающий вид из окна на горы! Ответил на все интересующие меня вопросы, дал полезные советы . Очень удобное расположение отеля-первый отель справа на первом левом повороте при въезде в Ахпат)). Номера просторные, чистые, просторная ванная комната, зубная щетка в наличии)), маленький вопрос с уборкой номера, местность гористая и в подошвы забиваются камешки и почва, которая высыхая выскакивает и разноситься но номеру. Мы остались на три ночи. Матрац мягкий , я люблю спать на жестком.)) Завтрак волшебный - все приносят с пыла-жара, сосиски в натуральном бараньем чреве, вкусная выпечка, свежие фрукты, салат Табула хорош! Есть уютная сауна в отдельно стоящем здании и купели с горячей водой на открытом воздухе с видом на горы!"
