"The pictures hardly do it justice - the flat is huge and so stylish! Has such great lighting fixtures as well as beautiful natural light. Cannot get a more perfect location to get around Yerevan - it’s also SO quiet considering that it’s on one of the main viens of the city. There’s a really good 24 h supermarket just behind the back door as well."

Only bit of advice is sometimes GG or yandex drivers (unless you can explain in Armenian) don’t always drop at the right door and it’s not always easy to stop there, so I recommend using the address of the art gallery just a few doors down if you’re ordering cars :) - Eduard Isabekyan gallery ."
"Really interesting, modern yet cosy design. Very comfortable bed with everything you could need to enjoy a short stay. It was cold when I travelled, and the heating worked brilliantly. The host of the apartment was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is also in an excellent location. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again on my next trip"

I’ve been searching for a property to stay for 4-5 hours on Booking, it was very hard to find renovated stylish appartment in center for a comfortable price, and this was the best choice."

"All great, only The main shower room needs to be fixed so it wont splash water after showering… better have a concrete glass wall or sliding one to avoid wet floors and more usaage of floor rugs."

"Замечательная квартира! Очень крутой дизайн! Нам всё очень понравилось – продумано до мелочей. Особенно оценили наличие туалетных принадлежностей (шампунь, гель, кондиционер, стиральный порошок) и базовых продуктов на кухне (чай, кофе, сахар, соль, перец, масло). Такие детали редко встретишь в аренде, но они очень важны!"

"Прекрасное расположение, кроме того, что эта квартира находится на последнем этаже с мансардой (лифта нет). Кому-то возможно это не подойдет. Стильные апартаменты,. Если готовить самим, то посуды для приготовления еды - по минимуму."
"Маленький диван не раскладывается - он сломан. Т.е. взрослому ребенку можно спать только на большом диване, а он находится на входе, что не очень удобно. Телевизор мы смогли включить (не видел антенну), но нам он был и не нужен, поэтому к владельцам не обращались."
