"Great location: Close enough to the city center to get around easily, but still quiet and relaxed. Friendly and helpful staff – warm, polite, and always ready to help with requests or local tips. Clean and comfortable rooms: Well-maintained, cozy, and suitable for both short and longer stays. Nice pool and outdoor area: A pleasant bonus, especially in warm weather. "The hotel is not the most modern, and the location is slightly out of the center, though it can be reached by metro (10 minute walk) or yandex taxi. Breakfast needs to be ordered in advance. Some rooms need soms maintenance and/or deep cleaning. Beds are firm."

If you have a USMLE exam at the Prometric Center, this location is convenient—just 10 minutes away from the American University of Armenia. This hotel was a good value for the price."
