"Замечательная хозяйка Наринэ, уютно по-домашнему. Это первый этаж дома, хозяева живут на втором. Машину можно поставить во двор, если вы на машине. Одна из спален и кухня выходит во внутренний дворик, ночью тихо. Кровати удобные, можно отлично выспаться. Неподалёку магазин и ещё один и овощная лавка. В 15-ти минутах ходьбы метро и ж/д вокзал. До центра минут 40 пешком неспешным шагом."

"Неплохо было бы подправить сантехнику, немного подтекает, может, уже и сделано. Остальное всё норм."

"Josefin apartment is the perfect place for a family trip, it had everything we needed, all amenities as stated and it was very clean. Location was the best, everywhere is walkable even with small children. Its spacious and in a very safe building block with key card entry only. Hosts were very helpful and always answered immediately if we needed anything, also arranged us airport transfers for a small fee. Balcony offers a wonderful peaceful escape with a great view of mother Armenia and the ferris wheel at night. Thank you for an amazing stay, hope to see you again😊😊"
