"Everything is Great. The location, apartment, hostess, amenities, cleanliness... everything is top notch. Karina is always available oh phone whenever we have any doubts. She also helped us with early checkin and late checkout as our flight time changed."
"If i had to nitpick, i would say the elevator is a bit old and small. its not something that is related to the apartment itself. and not something that we would have to use frequently. so not something that affects our stay experience."

"Плюсы квартиры: близость к центру, большая площадь, удобная мебель, отличный интернет, много необходимых мелочей, чистота. Поездка прошла комфортно, я совмещала работу и отдых. Гостеприимная хозяйка. В квартире были чай, фрукты, конфеты. Ночью тихо, меня ничего не беспокоило. Благодарю за заботу о гостях."

"Супер апартаменты в самом-самом центре Еревана по приятной цене. Из примечательного - в квартире есть абсолютно всё, вот вообще все, что может вам понадобиться в квартире. Три кондиционера спасали в жару +40, все работает на ура. Также, очень классный балкончик в спальне, просто супер уютное место. В подъезде прямо при нас установили новый лифт."

"- Great central location, supermarket nearby - Spacious apartments with big kitchen, general area and bedroom - Cozy sofa to sit and watch movies - Very helpful host. Checkin and checkout were done at our preferred time, all amenities were available (even cozy bathrobes!)"
"- Old building with a small elevator and worn down general spaces (but doesn't affect the apt quality). The traffic seems a little crazy due to tightly parked cars :) - Quite chilly inside temp in April (but there are ACs) - Small toilet room, a little hard to fit for a bigger person (but still possible)"
