"This apartment was perfect for our stay. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages. Photos were as exactly as pictured. So clean and everything you need in the apartment for a perfect stay. In the middle of town so perfect and close to the beaches and many restaurants. Very clean and they refreshed towels and sheets after 3 days, great coffee machine that pods were supplied, water and toilet paper were provided 2 days in for extras. Claudia was very efficient in replying to messages and arranging anything you needed. They even organised a lift back to Sarande port for us at the end of our stay. Very kind people and newly renovated apartment. Highly recommend 😊"

"Large, modern, and very comfortable apartment for 4 people. Excellent location – close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and attractions, all within walking distance. On-site parking was very convenient. The host was always available on WhatsApp."

"A bit noisy until midnight because of nearby bars, but it quieted down afterwards. The nearby beaches are mostly private, crowded and noisy for our taste – but of course that’s not the property’s fault."

"Very close (4-5min walk) to some of the nicest private beaches in Ksamil. Very clean accommodation with modern amenities and nice bathroom. Great coffe/espresso machine!Parking at the property was a huge bonus. The host (a teenage girl) was very friendly and even offered to do laundry for us for no additional charge. Many restaurants and a small kiosk store right next to the property. Air conditioner and TV in both rooms."

"Because of the location being so close to the beach clubs, the music was a bit loud for us as a family with small children. But that's not the owner's fault. Luckily the party noise stopped around midnight. Probably perfect for outgoing guests who like to party into the night. The living room with two sleeping sofas was very comfortable. But it didn't had blackout curtains so it was quite bright in the morning. The bedroom was good to sleep in late. Having a small kitchen with a large fridge was a bonus, although it would have been nice to have some basic cooking essentials such as: cooking oil, salt & pepper."
