"We liked the location of the hotel. It’s away from noisy restaurants and parties. Our windows faced the opposite side of the sea, offering a view of the mountains and a lake, and we enjoyed beautiful sunrises. The sea is not far - just a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach (Ksamil Beach). Shops and restaurants are about 5 minutes away. The hostess was very kind and responsive. The room was clean. This place is perfect for those who love nature and tranquility or the natural sounds of the outdoors—birds singing, roosters crowing in the morning, and sheep bleating. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! :)"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was clean and comfortable, all modern amenities you could need. Great location, easy walking location to the beach and close to the national park, made it easy to jump on the bus. Hosts were very attentive, perfect communication. Highly recommend!"

"L'appartamento è molto elegante! Bisogna salire delle scale! C'è un letto matrimoniale con un comodino; c'è un tavolo con delle sedie e la televisione! C'è un balcone che dà ad un terrazzino con lo stendino! Nella stessa stanza c'è un armadio e la cucina che presenta due piastre elettriche per cucinare! Nel bagno non c'è il bidet; c'è la doccia con il piatto doccia! C'è il wi-fi e l'aria condizionata. L'appartamento permette di raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia pubblica di Paradise Beach e tutte le spiagge private, come anche i supermercati. La fermata per il pullman per Saranda è a 10 minuti a piedi! Non occorre andare nella piazza principale di Ksamil!"

"The location was very convenient for us, everything was easily accessible on foot. We really liked the layout of the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the other local people were also very nice to us. The city is amazing beautiful and we felt very comfortable staying in Tirana because of this apartment. "Large 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment located on 4th floor with elevator. Well equipped kitchen & working AC in lounge & main bedroom (I didn’t use second bedroom so didn’t notice if it had AC). Working washing machine & clothes drying rack. 2 balconies with views of water. Very clean & great communication with host. I was the first rental of the season so there were a few issues, however these were quickly fixed & host was very apologetic. Location on booking dot com wasn’t exactly accurate as the apartment was a few blocks back from the waterfront- no major drama apart from having to walk up a few streets with my suit case. It made the views from the apartment all the better."

"I have mixed feelings writing this review. The view and the living room with those views is absolutely top notch! Buuuut there was big issue with the elevator, we got stuck in the middle floors and only could get out at our 6th floor. So for 4 nights we didn’t use it, it simply didn’t work properly so from the car it was 8 floors, you can imagine with groceries, water, baby etc it gets a bit uncomfy. Also the first day wifi didn’t work so we had to ask more times to be fixed. We asked ahead of time for baby cot and first night had to be without it :(. The location is great but only recommend to fit people, quite some steps down to the promenade and back up."

"This place really has it all: super warm welcoming owner, spacious traditional but modernized clean and beautiful room with a view on the old town and these amazing mountains (private best sun set spot!!), roof terrace overlooking the old town and the castle, shared kitchen for Coffee and tea! Just 2min walk from the very busy old town and thus a welcoming quiet place although right opposite a couple of museum houses. Really the best place of a two week trip through Albania from Valbonë to Girokastra! Cherry on top: the owner's husband drove me to the bus terminal when the local bus didn't run as expected."
