"The room was spacious and clean! Planty of parking places."
"The waiters need to be careful especially when it is about money! The toilet was very cold, I wonder why they didn't had floor heating in the toilet, it is necessary especially in winter places like Pogradec!"

"Breakfast was a bit poor in terms of choice for people that like sweet food in the morning. The coffee at the buffet wasn't good and you had to pay extra to get one from the bar. (Sorry, but you need to improve this aspect.) Wi-fi: wasn't working well as long as we stayed there. The manager told us they are working on it."
