"Everything about our stay was excellent. The hotel is charming, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location. The owner is incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the first moment. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with great attention to detail. You can feel the care and hospitality in every corner of this place. The location was excellent – everything within walking distance, including the beach. Great breakfast served on the terrace – fresh, generous and varied every day. The room was clean and comfortable. "Strategically located in one of the main streets that goes directly to Poda Beach (2,3 minutes walk). Near to restaurants, bars, markets, small stores ans bistots. Although very central is sufficiently far from the big massive confusion that the central Ksamil is, specially near the beaches where the bars are located. Our room was big, clean and the breakfast is really, really good! The staff is very attentive and kind! We highly recommend this place!"

"Nothing to say about the hotel but we don't recommend the beaches nearby which are too crowded and all private where you have to pay between 1000 and 3000 le per day - if you go a bit far from Ksamil the beaches are less crowded and also very beautiful."
