"We stayed one night at this hotel with my husband and chose the suite. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff was polite and always ready to help, which made the atmosphere very positive. The only thing we didn’t like was the lack of a restaurant. We had to order pizza from another place, but unfortunately, it was among the worst we have tried. Also, in the evening there was quite a lot of noise from people drinking and shouting, which made it harder to rest. However, the staff apologized for this, and we truly appreciated their attitude. Overall, we were satisfied with the room and the service, and we will definitely return to this hotel."

"We stayed just one night at the hotel. It’s conveniently located very close to the airport (only a 7-minute drive early in the morning). The room and bathroom were spacious, with more than one mirror, which is great when two people are getting ready at the same time. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were super friendly, giving us tips on where to eat nearby. They even offer a shuttle service to the airport — we didn’t need it as we had a car, but it’s a great option if you’re not driving."

"There is no lift, though being on the second floor it wasn’t an issue for us. The air conditioning was quite weak and didn’t cool the room as much as we’d like, but since it was just for one night, it wasn’t a big problem."

"I liked the transfer, really nice to have that possible at the middle of the night! Also really good room."

"The room was clean. The reception desk was open even though we arrived very late which is fantastic. The wi-fi didn’t work and TV was also not straight forward to set up. The bed was good but a bit hard mattress. We felt a bit cold at night and we had no duvet or a blanket, just a bedsheet so We didn’t sleep this well. Overall we had a good one night stay. It’s close to the Tirana airport so very convenient."

"The wi-fi didn’t work. No duvet, just a bedsheet. It can be chilly out of summer season."

"The staff were extremely helpful. The manager went above and beyond to help us with everything she can. Very helpful staff. I recommend this place for stay!"

"Only stair access can be bit difficult for people with luggage or physical challenges.."
