"Three generations of lovely ladies run this beautiful, traditional Hotel in Gjirokaster. They were the perfect hosts. The location is perfect, just steps away from the heart of the town and in a lovely tranquil location. The family room was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers."

"We had an excellent stay. A very warm welcome from the staff and owner. The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of the old bizar. Beautifully restored to its original condition.The view of the mountains from our room was stunning. Parking was next to the hotel. We had a peaceful and comfortable nights sleep. The shower was powerful and included shower gel, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We loved everything about Gjirokester and so glad we came while on a road trip in Albania. I would definitely recommend Kastro Hotel and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Wonderful little establishment, right in the middle of beautiful Gjirokaster. We enjoyed our short stay there very much. The room was super clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom too. In the morning a buffet breakfast of a very good variety was offered with outside seating on a very nice terrace. And to top it all, the hosts and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. A clear 10/10 from us."
