"The room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was clean and modern. The family were very friendly and kind. The views from the property were great and there was good WiFi. The breakfast was delicious and was on a terrace with a great view of the valley. It’s also really close to the Ali Pasha bridge."

"There is a lot of driving up very steep narrow cobbled streets in Gjirokaster. This property is right at the top of the town so the drive in was quite challenging. Google maps kept trying to send me up closed roads and there wasn’t much space to turn around if you take a wrong turn. You need to be confident driving here."

"We had a lovely stay here! The room was clean and comfy and the family was so friendly and kind, they even helped us when our car broke down. The grandmother’s traditional food was delicious, enjoyed with a wonderful view of the mountains, and it was great having their restaurant just near the house. Highly recommend :)"

"The house is so clean and the staff are just amazing. They have a restaurant near by where you have breakfast. They cook traditional dishes with the vegetables from the garden and local ingredients. We had dinner there also and it was SO good."

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten super bequem. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls top. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten eine Garage um unser Auto zu parken. Das Frühstück war sensationell mit top Aussicht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Direkt bei der Ali Pasha Brücke und Nahe vom Basar."

"Heel vriendelijke hosts die goed Engels spreken. De badkamer is modern. Het is rustig gelegen, vlakbij de Ali Pasha brug. Het ontbijt werd geserveerd in de bar 100 meter verderop. Je kan daar ook dineren. Het eten is heel vers en je krijgt telkens iets anders. Je hebt een prachtig idyllisch uitzicht. Je kan de auto parkeren binnen in de garage."

"Alles was heel goed. Voor ons was het geen probleem maar als je bang bent om op steile hellingen te rijden of in smalle straatjes is het wel een uitdaging om er met de auto te geraken"

"Das appartment war groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Vor allem die Familie und ihre umsorgung war wirklich super nett, extrem gastfreundlich. Man frühstückt im etwas höher in im Garten gelegenen Restaurant, in dem frische Sachen aus dem Garten verkocht werden. Super lecker. Hier findet man traditionelle und gastfreundliche Werte 🙂"

"Eine Leselampe am Bett hat gefehlt. Wir hatten aber Stirnlampen dabei. Die Unterkunft liegt weit oben in Gjirokaster, man muss gut zu Fuß sein und/oder gut Autofahren können."

"Tolle Unterkunft in großartiger Lage direkt am Berg - perfekt auch als Ausgangspunkt für eine Wanderung zur Ali Pasha Bridge. Bis ins Zentrum sind es ca. 10-15 min zu Fuß (bergab), zurück dann Bergauf ca. 20 min. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr köstlich…ganz traditionell. Mal was anderes, aber super lecker - und noch dazu mit einmaligem Panorama 😍 Auch die Sauberkeit war tadellos."
