"The driveway is alarmingly steep. The air-conditioning never felt warm when the temperature dropped (no issue outside of winter of course) and the water was a bit temperamental at times."

"The host is really kind and helpful, he was at our service any time we needed something. The other people staying there at the time were also really social, so The mood was really goo there. The room is quite big and the view is amazing. But keep in mind, rhe view comes with a little hike, which in the heat is quite hard but definitely worth it."

"The property is great value for money. When I initially saw the reviews I was concerned, but let’s be honest at this price point having an apartment newly built, with new AC, hot water, spacious and with a good size balcony is very rare. Very quiet all day and night, great for a good rest, free usage of the washing machine and there was raw space just behind the building to take my dog out which was a great help. Location is up the hill, but really close to supermarkets and good value restaurants and if you have a car it is very easy to go in and out and visit different sites in and around Saranda (I did not explore the bus option, but some other reviewers say there is even a bus so no problem) The owner is a very nice guy, very hard working and you can see he is trying hard to make you feel at home in his place and constantly trying to improve it"

"There are some finishes still missing as I think step by step the owner will continue improving the apartments, but everything is fully functional and it does not bother (example: there are some cables of course fully isolated coming out where it would be the spot for a range hood that has yet not been added)"

"Generally, my apartment (#10) was fine. The property is new, located at the hill with a nice view over the city and sea. Distance to the beach - about 2 km (20 minutes walk). The room is rather small, has a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, electric kettle and some pots, plates and utensils. Bathroom is provided with a shower and hot water boiler. Hot water is available all the time. Flat screen TV and air conditioning is in the room, but I did not use any of them. Double bed is comfortable. Balcony is an additional asset. Washing machine is outside the room, free of charge for use. Internet is OK- fast and reliable. Place recommended to stay for short-and long-term stay."

"Generally, my apartment (#10) was fine. The property is new, located at the hill with a nice view over the city and sea. Distance to the beach - about 2 km (20 minutes walk). A little supermarket is close to the property. Only one Greek Souvlaki restaurant is nearby - but be careful the guy charges crazy prices (especially for cold drinks - one Coke can = 3 EUR!) and is more expensive than the restaurants around the beach. The room is rather small, has a kitchenette with a stove, electric kettle and some pots, plates and utensils. Bathroom is provided with a shower and hot water boiler. Hot water is available all the time. Flat screen TV is in the room. Double bed is comfortable. Balcony is an additional asset. Unfortunately, I didn't meet David - only spoke to him by phone. When I arrived, nobody was at the property, but I called David and after 15 minutes a woman arrived. She gave me the keys to the apartment and collected the payment. Pity, she speaks very poor English."

"The woman in charge of cleaning does not clean the room on her own - you have to ask her or David to clean. If you stay few days it does not matter too much, but I stayed there one month so I expected to have my room cleaned minimum once a week. I would suggest the owner to provide buckets, mops, brooms, etc. and some cleaning agents in the rooms so that the guests could clean the apartments on their own or instruct the staff to do it on a more regular basis."
