"Der manglede hyppigere servering ved poolen. Det så ud til, at der i perioder har været en bar nær poolen, men den havde ikke åben i de 4 dage vi var der, som var i start august. Personalet var ikke så gode til at rydde bordet når man spiste morgenmad og det var umiddelbart ikke grundet travlhed, da vi kunne se de stod oppe ved receptionen/bar og snakkede. Men personalet er utrolig søde og venlige, men mangler måske lidt mere erfaring i at servere."

"The location has spectacular scenery. The room was clean, well-kept and the beds were extremely comfortable. The gym and indoor pool facilities were modern and well maintained. The food in the restaurant in the evening was freshly cooked, delicious and reasonably priced."

"The breakfast selection was sparse (possibly due to it being out of season), I arrived towards the end of the serving time and everything was cold. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room and when you ask for coffee, we were sometimes charged and sometimes it was complimentary - this seemed to depend on who you asked. For all but the last day of our stay, staff were happy to open the indoor pool and gym for our family in the morning. On our last day, we were turned away abruptly, which was extremely disappointing for our young children. We booked the deluxe quadruple room with pool view which from the pictures, should have had a partition. The room we were given had no partition and no pool view. In the hotel's defence, we didn't bring this up with the hotel as couldn't be bothered to change rooms."

"My family and I were really impressed with the hotel. It looks just like the photos – super clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were really friendly. The sauna, indoor pool, and gym were a big plus."

"Very aesthetically pleasing pool area and hotel. Rooms are quite clean. We had such a wonderful view to the pool from our room. The stuff is very nice and welcoming too. The girl helped us several times with some of the questions we had."
