"The location was perfect for us, right opposite Potam beach, which was a little quieter than the main beach, with no boats. There is a good supermarket and plenty of places to eat just a short walk away. Edi is very helpful by message."

"I had to put away all the bedding and towels from the previous occupants, which were hanging outside and also empty the dishwasher when I arrived, which felt a little odd. The dishwasher is definitely dangerous and I didn’t use it again."

"Very clean apartment in a new building. House had washing machine and bedding for 5 people. Good air conditioned. Parking available. Comfortable mattress in the room and good pillows. Convenient mini market just outside the door a a bigger one within 5 walking minutes. Well equipped kitchen"

"The windows did not have blinds: in the bedroom normal curtains and in the living room very thin curtains. This meant everyone woke up at the rise of the day which is not ideal when on holidays. Hot water is available for 4 showers, the 5th person either had a cold shower or had to wait. Also it is not beachfront and you do not have seaview (from the balcony you can see the parking lot, some mountains and other buildings, some in construction). Dishwasher needs to be fixed to the cabinets, we almost got hurt when opening it as it falls towards you. Description mentions there is a bar and a garden, but we didn't see it."

"Great location 2 minutes' walk from the beach and many restaurants and cafes. There is a big supermarket, Alfa, less than 10 minutes walking from the apartment. The location is perfect. The apartment was very quiet. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable - both were medium firm. There were tons of extra sheets and beach towels and regular towels. The apartment stayed pretty cool even when it was 40 outside (the aircon in the living room works very well). From the house, it's 15-20 minutes' walk to where the boats leave from. The apartment is in a much quieter area of Himare than the boat docks, so this is nice. Edi was a very warm host and check-in and check-out were super easy."

"The air conditioning is only in the living room, so the bedroom is a bit hot. The bedroom has one queen bed (great for two people). The small sofa in the bedroom is not a single bed; it's too small for an adult."

"Very clean, super location, very well maintained. Excellent condition. The host was super friendly and responsive. I have been going to the same beach in Potam for 10 years straight and I know very well the area and this has been the best property I have been in so far."

"- lokalizacja, blisko plaży, kawiarni, dobrych tawern - wyposażenie: kuchnia, garnki, pralka - to było OK - spokój, cisza wieczorami - przestrzeń - apartament jest duży, dobrze zaplanowany, w sam raz dla rodziny 2+ 1, lub 2+2"

"- czystość - mieszkanie było niedosprzątane - na balkonie gniazda ptaków i odchody ptaków ! (dużo, to przeszkadzało w spokojnym korzystaniu z balkonu) - lejąca się woda z klimatyzacji na balkonie - zmywarka była zepsuta, niezamocowana, nie dało się jej otworzyć Jak na tą cene (100 euro /doba) spodziewałem się większej dbałości i czystości."

"L' appartement était vraiment parfait. Très bien équipé en cuisine, plaques, four, lave vaisselle. La salle de bain grande avec une grande douche et une machine a laver. Un balcon spacieux. Appartement très propre et les linges sont changés régulièrement. La chambre spacieuse avec rangement. L'appartement se situe très près de la plage de Prinos. De plus deux Cafés et une supérette se trouvent en bas de l'immeuble adjacent. Une location au top."

"Luksusowy apartament w nowowybudowanym bloku bardzo blisko plaży i morza-trzeba przejść tylko przez ulicę. Apartament znajduje się na pierwszym piętrze i jest w pełni wyposażony, pięknie urządzony z dbałością o każdy detal, co sprawia, że wypoczywa się tam rewelacyjnie! Wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy są dostępne takie jak klimatyzacja w salonie, w kuchni- zmywarka,płyta indukcyjna i piekarnik, a w łazience- pralka, suszarka do włosów, żelazko do prasowania oraz parking obok sąsiadującego bloku. Niedaleko są sklepy, kameralne kawiarenki czynne już od wczesnych godzin porannych gdzie podają pyszną kawę i croissanty😋 Gospodarz jest bardzo miły, gościnny i pomocny- dba o komfort gości🙂 Polecamy w 100%👍"
