"The location was fabulous. Set on hills on a beautiful sheltered bay with the most incredible views from the room. The furnishings were all very tasteful and the whole place felt calm and relaxed."

"At times the service was incredibly slow and it seemed as if the staff just weren't that interested. Once they engaged they were lovely but it just took so long to get anything!"

"Restaurant staff were a bit too slow and forgetful. Because it was a quiet location some entertainment each night would be beneficial. We thought a bar area with some background music would be a good so there was somewhere for guests to go after dinner to relax and meet other guests bearing in mind dinner is over at 9.00pm. Swimming pool area rather small with little atmosphere and blue tiles (instead of grey) would have made it much more inviting."

"Room was spacious, well appointed and with a fantastically comfortable bed. Food was really good, breakfast choices were good, there are 2 restaurant options for lunch, and dinners were great. We mostly chose fish or the local specialty dishes and everything was really tasty. The beach is beautiful and really quiet, even when the far end of the beach fills with people down from the cruise ships they don't venture down to the hotel beach area. Staff were super friendly and helpful."

"Hard to say what could be improved. There could be more choices on the wine list and a few more food choices on the menu, I think if we had stayed longer than a week we would definitely have had dinner outside a few times."

"The room was spacious, pristine clean and well appointed. The food at the restaurant was excellent (if a tad pricey) and the staff were all delightful. The beach is absolutely stunning and the grounds of the hotel are great for relaxing in."
