"Really great cozy hotel in its category - for amenities in the room could be 5*! All details are thought out (even light inside wardroab!) Friendly and helpful staff - thank you all! Location is brilliant in this vibrant region (for me - the best in Dubai) and close to metro station!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Safran Hotel. The hotel is neat and clean, and the rooms are well maintained. The Wi-Fi works very well, which is great for both work and entertainment. The location is excellent — the area is nice, with many restaurants nearby, and the metro station is within easy reach, making it very convenient to travel around."

"All are fine ,but there is a receptionist (lady) , behaviour not enough mature,also there supervisor not enough educated regarding customer happiness.they give priority only "showing Excuses" not trying manage.however manage the situation,matter,client and others activities that's call the hospitality management.but what I seen excuses being hospitality which is destroy our hospitality previews"
