"Det smukkeste hotel nogensinde med de sødeste og venligste medarbejder! Hotellet er ligesom er palads og du bliver behandlet som en royal. Værelserne er store og smukke og altid rent. Hotellets medarbejder så de mest hjælpsomme og søde. Elskede alt ved mit ophold her og uden tvivl det bedste sted jeg nogensinde har boet. Især Robert og Tahiha var så hjælpesomme og søde og gjorde opholdet vidunderligt!"

"The staff were excellent. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The beach was very nice, and sunbeds were good satndard. Beach staff, drinks and food were excellent. Kids club was great for our 14 yr old twin boys. lots of sport and staff got them up and involved"

"The coffees at breakfast come from a machine and so not the best quality. There is a nightclub at the hotel that depending on the room, you can hear the bass come through the fabric of the building. But if you are not in a room near that it is totally quiet at night. The pool at school holiday times is very busy - but to be expected"

"Good beach, quality food, nice facilities. Good for a week on the beach."

"Doesn’t give anything different to any other Dubai hotel. Breakfast is good, beach menu - uninspired. The Palm is a long way from the rest of Dubai (but you probably know that!) but it limits what you can do."
