"We have been brutally woken up Around 8:00 a.m. the first morning after our arrival by a terribly loud fire alarm in our room which was just a test alarm. We didnt know about it and were terribly scared when it happened. We didnt know what to do. Nobody told us about it the day before when we arrived and there was no information in the hotel visible to the guests. I had to call the reception to ask what it was and how long would it last as the alarm repeated several times. The sound was unsupportably annoying and extremely loud."

The cleaning staff were very friendly and polite. “Outstanding staff!” The front desk was friendly and efficient, helping us check-in; Especially Mr. Aung Wint Thu who kindly and happily helped search for an accomadation that catered to our specific request for a connected room. Truly exceptional service. Special thanks to Mr. ALLAN at the hotel entrance. He is very friendly, welcoming, and professional.
