"We had hoped to take a drink at the hotel bar around 7pm, before heading out for dinner but the staff informed us it only opens after 8pm. Would be nice to be able to have refreshments before 8pm."

"I felt that it was overpriced for what it was. The parking facilities weren’t great, the room was nice and spacious but it was average. I didn’t understand why there wasn’t a full length mirror in the suite. The bath was well designed but really uncomfortable."

"The breakfast buffet had lots of variety, but the quality was not what we expected for the price. There were no views from the hotel (except of other, not very attractive buildings). We didn't use the car park as it was very expensive and luckily we had an alternative option"

"Amazing friendly and smiling staff! You really feel the welcome and joy of staying at this hotel! Check-in process very nice and efficient, ladies at the front desk smiling, helpful and very nice. It's been a long time since we encountered such wonderful service. Thank you very much. Breakfast for a small hotel really very good. You can find everything, fresh and delicious. There is salmon, cold cuts, vegetables, even wine! You can order fresh eggs which is a great idea! Really everything is beautifully served and prepared, the lady serving also very nice and smiling. The neighborhood for “Shopping” very good. Everything is “Walking distance”. In the hotel you get all the products you need for your trip, which is very convenient. When booking a room, make sure you have a view of the river and mountains and not the garages on the other side. We were fortunate to have a beautiful view- for which we are very thankful."

"Parking is relatively expensive ( an additional 18 euros per day) but you have to take it, because there are no parking spaces in the area and there is incredible traffic! There is enough space in the parking lot and it is close to the hotel. The products in the minibar are dizzyingly priced (but that's the way it is in hotels around the world). Remember to stock up on everything you need before 8pm because after that all the stores in the area are closed and you won't buy water or wine :). The furniture in the room is a bit worn and the details in the bathroom are ugly fixed. The shower can be controversial and it is very difficult not to splash the whole bathroom, the floor in it is constantly wet. But these are details, overall we recommend the hotel, mainly for the friendly and beautiful hotel staff!"

"The breakfast was mostly a very large selection of continental--breads, fruits, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, juices--but they did ask if I wanted cooked eggs, and would cook bacon, too. Very modern, very comfortable hotel. Extremely helpful staff, especially Bennie. Good location, near to bus stops, a tourist office, the main shopping street, the spas. I was very happy there."

"I picked up a little traffic noise from my room, but it wasn't too bad. Their restaurant was closed for that time of the year, but that was okay, many other places to eat."
